Your experience and qualifications:

Your qualifications:

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proficiency in ARM and Excel.

Job responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled engineer to work in a large EPC project.
The right candidate will join a major green field project and will have the opportunity to develop his/her skills with respect to design of unmanned process facilities, which requires a high degree of autonomy in design.

Typical tasks:
–  Support Electrical engineers in use of own and client engineering databases.
–  Update and maintain technical data registers based on supplier documentation. 
–  Identify requirements and deliverables.
–  Manage deviations in the engineering database towards project requirements.
–  Work with Eqhub including interface and mapping from engineering databases.
–  Interface to other disciplines.

Your qualifications:
–  Bachelor degree or Technical College combined with minimum 4 years’ with knowledge of electrical engineering according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL and IEC

–  Minimum 4 years’ experience from engineering in offshore projects to be located on Norwegian Continental Shelf

Job description:

As Lead, responsible for, such as;

• Sporadic offshore surveys
• Responsible and Lead the Process engineering activities in the project
• Estimates: man hours and schedules
• Discuss with Engineering Manager the need of people to meet manpower resource requirements for the project
• Set dates for assignment of personnel needed
• Ensuring the job progress as per schedule
• Supervise, assign and schedule work to the Process team
• Contact with Client, task management and discipline responsible engineers to assure that accurate, timely communications and flow of information is implemented

As Process Engineer, responsible for such as;

• Develop and quality check of process/utility system design
• Evaluation/dimensioning of process equipment (e.g. compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, separators, etc.)
• Develop and quality check of process system deliverables. Such as P&ID, PFD/UFD, process datasheets, line sizing and line list, calculation and calculation reports, process and system documentation
• Prepare and actively participate in HAZOP, process design reviews and other relevant safety reviews
• Perform process simulations

Qualifications:

• Relevant education at BSc or MSc level
• Experience from modification projects in the offshore industry, preferably from the North Sea
• Detailed knowledge of NORSOK and other relevant regulations API/ ISO/ASME standards
