Job responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to production teams to solve technical challenges encountered during building or installation work at construction sites.
• Aid in interpreting drawings and job packages to support fabrication.
• Engage in engineering tasks by providing technical documentation and proposing solutions.
• Maintain high standards of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) as well as quality performance throughout all tasks.
• Continuously seek improvements in work processes and products within the designated responsibility area.
• Collaborate with relevant disciplines such as Fabrication, Engineering, Planning, and Production departments to ensure smooth interfaces.
• Initiate and manage technical queries while striving for construction-friendly solutions.
• Conduct inspections and examinations of structures before surface treatment, including paint and insulation inspections.
• Input and finalize punch items in the IT system.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Hold a degree (Msc, Bsc, Technical College) or possess other relevant education and experience, with the latter potentially compensating for formal education.
• Demonstrated experience in the Architect and HVAC fields.
• Approximately five years of relevant experience.
• Possess certification as a FROSIO inspector level III, NACE coating inspector level III, or ICorr inspector level III in surface treatment and insulation.
• Willingness and availability to work in Norway.
• Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, coupled with the ability to work well in a team environment.

The privacy team is organised under PSR Compliance, Improvement and Analysis (CIA) and consists of several teams focusing on specific compliance activities. The team has a global reach and is working with the PSR organisation as well as the PDP organisation (for defined tasks). We are looking for motivated colleagues to join this team working on a key compliance matter. The right to privacy is a fundamental human right and the General Data Protection Regulations aims to coordinate the European legal framework in terms of personal data protection across all EEA Member States. Compliance risk owners for procurement activities are procurement task leaders when new agreements are established, and business lines are compliance risk owners throughout the lifetime of contracts they use. Collaboration between procurement and business line, together with GDPR expertise is, however, necessary to succeed in all phases. PDP PSR CIA Privacy team main purpose is to provide support and expert advice to compliance risk owners, mainly in PSR, in collaboration with LEG PS and TDI it security.

Job responsibilities:

• Support PSR and relevant business lines with necessary know how and performance of necessary task on companies responsibility as Controller of personal data when vendors are Processor of personal data  
• Have close dialog with LEGAL and TDI it security expertise, leading advisors in SCM, and Data Protection Officer in companies facilitate lean work processes and updates of templates, management system, and awareness in PSR and relevant business lines 
• Assist in facilitating awareness campaign for contract teams, operational procurements, and relevant business lines in collaboration with LEG 
• Support PSR and business representatives with completion of relevant compliance task, such as drafting transfer impact assessments and data processing agreements. 
• Support PSR and business line with GDPR issues being compliance with contracts hereunder suppliers process personal data 
• Collaborate with EMA to facilitate necessary GDPR compliance task in design and follow-up of GDPR in procurements. 
• Produce and promote awareness material in collaboration with LEG, such as knowledge article, templates, illustration of relevant compliance processes.

Your experience and qualifications:

• Preferably Master of law Experience
• Experience with supply chain management to be able to support all categories with ensuring compliance with privacy law, EU’s General Data Protection Requirements (GDPR) during execution of procurement activities and establishment of contracts.

The PDP PRD FE Subsea Facilities (SF) sector is a competence and resource unit, responsible for all Subsea Facilities resources in PRD’s project portfolio between DG0 and DG4 within Oil and Gas and Low Carbon solutions. Our sector's main task is to provide projects with project engineers, task- and project managers; and to develop our personnel's competence across the technical disciplines, within project development and leadership. The Subsea Facilities sector is responsible for all disciplines within PRD’s SURF EPCI project teams: Subsea Production Systems and Processing Systems Subsea Control Systems Umbilicals, Subsea Cables, and Subsea Power Cables Risers and Flexible Pipes Flowlines, Trunklines and Onshore Pipelines Pipeline Commissioning Installation of all subsea equipment except D&W equipment The sector is organized into 6 departments with approximately 30 employees in each department. In addition, there are 4 Leading Advisors within Subsea Facilities in the sector. We are organized in a competence centre giving employees the opportunity to work on a broad set of deliveries.

• Participate in design, engineering, manufacturing, construction, installation, and commissioning of subsea high voltage cables and/or umbilicals.
