AGR – an ABL Group company – has successfully completed the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares of Norway-based engineering and technical resourcing consultancy Techconsult. Together we will create one of the largest technical staffing providers in Norway and the North Sea.
Reference is made to a earlier announcement dated 12 February 2025 for further details about Techconsult and the transaction.
Techconsult will now be part of AGR’s existing resourcing business unit, integrating into the Norway branch of AGR Consultancy.
As a result, the combined company will more than double its shared database of technical professionals—expanding to a total of 26,000 experts—providing specialised resources for oil & gas, renewables, process industry, and civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
