•    Bachelor degree or similar

•    Layout and design based on NorSok knowledge.
•    Have multidiscipline understanding and act proactive, seeking advice/share experience in design processes.
•    Cooperative working attitude and participate in design reviews.
•    Have high loyalty to project deadlines and quality requirements, be systematic and accurate.
•    Earlier knowledge from the Aibel organisation will be preferred.
•    Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural working teams required.
•    Good communication skills in English required, oral and in writing. Norwegian language skills will be appreciated.

•    Establish an integrated project schedule for the offshore phase. This requires collecting proactively information from various stakeholders in the project and integrate them into a single schedule
•    The scope will encompass, but not limited to, the following tasks: Coordination of completion and offshore activities, vessel operations, pulling of cables, planning of intervention
•    Lead project progress reviews and validate & challenge actual progress
•    Highlight the critical path and risks linked to the project schedule for his area and propose the optimization & mitigation actions
•    Follow up the overall scheduling according to contract, authority regulations and Aibel work processes
•    Provide planning manager and project management with scheduling analysis to ensure correct management decisions

Job responsibilities:

•    Manage, plan and co-ordinate the work according to approved programmes and procedures (Company procedures, best practices and local regulations i.e. Norsok & OLF).
•    Verify that activities are carried out in such a manner that they safeguard the health, safety and integrity of all personnel
•    Ensuring that drilling and completion operations are carried out safely, with good oilfield practice and in accordance with the relevant Company standards and HSEQ procedures
•    Initiate process for MOV / Deviation if and when required
•    Report all accidents or situations of potential hazard
•    Supervise and monitor the work performed by the rig and service personnel during the day and night shifts
•    Ensure sufficient supervision during all critical operations
•    Chair daily meetings among the rig’s and service company senior personnel
•    Prepare and ensure that detailed drilling instructions are developed and issued to senior rig and service company personnel
•    Undertake daily morning report calls to DRL Supt,
