Job responsibilities:

•    Ensure the quality and timeliness of work packages according to project plans, procedures, and practices.
•    Oversee work packages for structural and marine disciplines, including surface treatment, architectural, permanent, and temporary structures.
•    Guarantee that all requirements and scope of work are included in the work packages.
•    Ensure the work packages meet quality standards by adhering to relevant procedures and specifications.
•    Clarify any unclear details and requirements.
•    Maintain close contact with other disciplines to ensure that design solutions align with agreements and a common understanding across disciplines for the Scope of Work.
•    Assist in planning and fabrication by providing necessary clarifications.
•    Conduct impact analysis if there are changes in the planned working methods.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Possess an MSc, BSc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience.
•    Have thorough knowledge of calculation assumptions, norms, and project factors.
•    Proficient in using 3D tools for transfers and review.
•    Have a good understanding of MIPS and technical registers.
•    Possess a solid understanding of fabrication methodology.
•    Knowledgeable about the workflow between CAD programs and MIPS.
•    Basic knowledge of PEM software.
•    Skilled in using 3D/2D DAK systems, MIPS, and planning systems.
•    Available to work in Norway.
•    Demonstrate good communication skills in Norwegian and English and work well in a team.
