Accounts Payable and Receivable (APR) is a delivery unit within FCoE FC Treasury and Tax. The Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Vendor Master teams in APR have an important role within the companies Finance & Control and Supply Chain Management processes. We are responsible processing 400.000 invoices from 10.000 vendors are processed every year, 

Job responsibilities:
Vendor Master data Maintain and govern the company’s global Vendor Master data to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and protection against fraud while enabling efficient business operations. 

Key Responsibilities 
•    Manage creation, validation, and maintenance of vendor master records. 
•    Perform due diligence and verification of supplier information and bank details. 
•    Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance requirements, and audit standards. 
•    Act as a gatekeeper against fraud, duplicate suppliers, and incorrect master data. 
•    Provide expert advice on master data processes, systems, and policies. 
•    Drive master data quality improvements and support digital transformation initiatives.

Your experience and qualifications:
•    Strong understanding of master data governance and supplier onboarding. 
•    Attention to detail and risk awareness. 
•    Knowledge of SAP, and knowledge of SAP MDG-BP is an advantage. 
•    Ability to influence, collaborate, and improve cross-functional processes.
•    Strong communications skills in both Norwegian and English
