Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Training Developer / Instructional Designer 27294.

The company is seeking an experienced Training Developer / Instructional Designer on short notice to drive customer projects according to client's standards and customer requirements.

We need an experienced person with strong organizational and communication skills who can handle a complex projects for customers with high quality demands. You will be working in our offices and our training center in Oslo, Norway.

Job responsibilities:
•    Preparation of training plans and concepts together with the training team
•    Development of eLearning courses; documentation and visual content development (photo and video editing, preferably Adobe Creative Suite). The company is using Articulate Rise 360 for development of eLearning
•    Preparation of training documentation and handling the approval process with the customer
•    Conducting training courses
•    Support in preparation of training plans and concepts together with the training team
•    Adherence to the requirements of quality management (QM), configuration management (CM) and documentation management (DM) within the “Training” field.

Your experience and qualifications:
•    More than three years of experience with training development
•    Good knowledge of state-of-the-art training methods, both for classroom training and web-based training/eLearning
•    Documented teaching skills. Experience can make up for lack of formal education.
•    Language: English (required), Norwegian (required), German (preferred)
•    Self-going
•    Proactive
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Customer focused
•    Result and quality oriented
•    Team player
•    Good multitasking skills
