Job responsibilities:

•    Responsible for planning, performing and reporting of assigned product tests.
•    Lead test execution at manufacturing site in Moss
•    Strive to maximize use of standard materials and products.
•    Manage assigned workload by own work or delegation.
•    Deliver assigned tasks according to agreed dates.
•    Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to a continuous improvement culture.
•    Ensure relevant Lessons Learnt are captured, understood and recorded as required.
•    Proactively gain and share knowledge/experience within the team.
    

Your qualifications:

•    Experience with physical product testing including mechanical, electric and fibre optic elements.
•    Good technical, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work as a team member.
•    Proven knowledge in SAP ERP system and MS Office
•    CAD skills preferably Solid Works and work experience in design discipline
•    Strength analysis skills
•    Keen to gain knowledge and constantly develop own skills.
•    Ability to manage own workload with minimum supervision.
•    Understanding of the technical standards, approaches and procedures under which work assignments are completed.
•    Flexibility and ability to adjust to different work assignments and demands.
    

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
