For one of our customers we are now looking for a Technical lead process for our customers department “extended modification project organization” – maturing and executing topside investment projects typically low pressure production modifications and larger topside modifications (26029).

Job responsibilities:
As technical lead you will:
• Have an overall technical responsibility in overseeing the assigned portfolio and collaboration with vendors and help coordinate deliveries. 
• Have an in depth technical knowledge within your job area and contribute in relevant discipline networks. 
• Have a commercial mindset, identify and secure short- and long-term cost and quality improvements for safe and efficient operation in a lifetime perspective. 
• Have an active role in securing learning, experience transfer between projects, and establishing and improving best practices.
• Contribute in identifying risks, compensating measures and setting up risk matrix and battery limits for projects.
• Contribute to strategy (PDS) and customization of projects, including installation method, test and commissioning strategy. 
• Have an enhanced role in supporting projects throughout their lifetime and contribute actively in developing and maintaining design basis, TORG, LCI strategy and other relevant technical documents. 

Your experience and qualifications:
Education & experience:
5+ years experience with managing personnel
OR 
Specialist knowledge in relevant field
AND
Master degree and 10+ years relevant experience
OR
Bachelor degree and 14+ years relevant experience
OR
2+ years higher education and 18+ years relevant experience

Experience & competence needed:
• Process / compressor competence 
• Experience as Engineering manager in projects 
• Familiar with company project requirements 
• Preferably experience of NORSOK regulations.

Language: English and Norwegian
