Are you a seasoned technical advisor with a knack for translating complex engineering details into strategic business insight? We’re looking for experienced professionals to support technical due diligence on both the buy-side and sell-side of renewable energy project transactions.

Job responsibilities:

•    Lead or support technical due diligence for project acquisitions or divestments.
•    Act as a trusted advisor to non-technical stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear commercial implications.
•    Evaluate project documentation, design, technology, risks, and mitigation strategies.
•    Work closely with legal, finance, and commercial teams in high-stakes deals.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Experienced Project Managers or Senior Engineers who’ve led technical reviews for consultancy firms.
•    Professionals open to short-term, high-impact roles on a project basis.
•    Be part of shaping the future of energy—deal by deal.
