Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Team Assistant for their training team. The Team Assistant will support the Training Manager and the trainers team.

Job responsibilities:

• Scheduling and organising training courses
• Follow up of held training courses
• Keeping control over course certificates
• Preparing training courses (e.g. printing, registrations, prepare material, book and prepare location(s), catering)
• Handling of communication with course participants
• Assist for other tasks in the project outside training area

Your qualifications:

• Have excellent skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Be good in formulating text, accurate in spelling and grammar both in Norwegian and English
• Be organised, structured and have a natural eye for keeping order
• Have the ability to see where assistance might be provided to ease the workload of others
• Not required but understanding German would be a bonus.

We foresee an open minded person with good knowledge of IT (primarily office tools) skills, looking for an entry point into professional life, or an experienced person with a proven background as team or project assistant (but still a “superuser” of MS Office tools).

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
