Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Sustainability-performance management-HSE Management – 26425

RMPR (Risk Management, Performance and Reporting) is a unit with approximately 30 employees within the SSU (safety, security and sustainability) competence center. We deliver support and advice for all the business areas in the company. Most of the team is located in Stavanger, Bergen and Oslo. We are now looking for support for our team focusing on performance management and reporting Sustainability and ESG (Environment, Social and Governance). 

Job responsibilities:

• Support on sustainability reporting, especially environmental and climate reporting 
• Deliver trend analysis, quality control and consolidations of data 
• Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders and data providers across all business areas and in corporate functions 
• Assist in development and implementation of sustainability performance indicators 
• Support on implementation of ESG reporting tools

Your experience and qualifications:

• Knowledge of sustainability performance management is key 
• Knowledge of relevant frameworks (e.g. GHG Protocol, IPIECA) and benchmarks (e.g. CDP) 
• Competence on CSRD, ESRS and EU taxonomy requirements would be an advantage 
• Experience with different types of digital solutions and databases. 
• Ability to quickly learn new applications in order to deliver on reporting and performance management. 
• Experience with working with governance, metrics and data, monitoring, analysis, and internal and external reporting of sustainability data 
• Experience from energy sector (oil, gas and renewables) is an advantage 
• Ability to collaborate well with a broad range of stakeholders and data providers in order to deliver accurate reporting
• Good communicating skills in both English and Norwegian
