Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a resource for “Strategisk innkjøp/oppfølging av entreprisekontrakter”

Job responsibilities:

• Participate in the work for strategic procurement
• Establish and maintain contact with potential partners
• Prepare request-documents, evaluate offers and conduct negotiations with suppliers, both local and abroad
• Maintain existing collaboration agreements and framework agreements as well as develop new ones
• Actively participate in the company's tender work

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in economics, technical, or a combination of these. 
• 5-10 years of experience in related field
• Solid knowledge of “Norwegian Total Contract” and “Norwegian Conditions for Purchase 2016”
• Strong knowledge in IT-systems, such as ERP-systems
• Strong language skills, both English and Norwegian

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
