Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior Technical Safety Engineer 26168.

Job responsibilities:
–  Provide technical safety and process safety support to brown field/modification projects
–  Working in multi-disciplinary teams, you will be the focal technical safety point for the modification projects portfolio for all our operated asset
–  Provide technical safety and process safety support to brown field/modification projects
–  Ensure that facilities are designed, built, operated, and maintained in accordance with applicable technical design basis, requirements, regulations, and assumptions
–  Follow up that applicable risk analyses and risk/barrier management activities (e.g TRA/QRA, HAZOP/HAZID, SIL, etc) are performed, and that design basis and assumptions are reviewed and updated in line with updates to regulations, new standards, and engineering practices
–  Assist in training, support, and advice within technical safety, HSE risk management and process safety to all organizational levels in the company
–  Raise major accident hazard and process safety barrier management awareness across the company
–  Review, follow up and develop technical safety related documentation, such as philosophies, design basis, safety strategies etc.
–  Participate in audits, investigations, reviews, HAZIDs/HAZOPs, MARWs, risk assessments, and verifications of operated assets and brown field/modifications.

Your experience and qualifications:
–  Master Degree
–  6-9 years work experience
–  Language: Fluent in the Norwegian and English languages.
