Job responsibilities:

•    Manage subsea system barriers and equipment health. 
•    Risk assessment and risk management relating to subsea equipment incl. subsea controls and interfacing systems. 
•    Plan, perform and analyse results from test, inspection, maintenance, and monitoring activities. 
•    Ensure that test, inspection, maintenance, and monitoring activities are performed as efficiently as practical. 
•    Ensure operational and intervention procedures and guidelines include best practice relating to subsea equipment. 
•    Identify degraded, damaged, or failed equipment and manage fault finding, investigation, repair, or replacement activity, including writing procedures and supervising work offshore. 
•    Manage defect elimination studies to ensure systematic learnings are identified and implemented to prevent reoccurrence of faults or failures. 
•    Identify improvement opportunities across disciplines and assets, including continuous improvement of strategies and work processes. 
•    Support improvement and transformation activities in the subsea function. 

Your experience and qualifications:

•     Minimum 5 years with experience within oil and gas industry.
