We are seeking experienced Senior Site Representatives / Senior Decommissioning Engineers for rotational onshore work in Southern Norway. The roles involve overseeing dismantling and disposal operations at two separate locations.

Job responsibilities:

•    Monitor materials management processes in line with waste management plans and recycling/re-use targets.
•    Validate environmental reporting, including machinery emissions and reconciliation of materials and waste.
•    Ensure compliance with Duty of Care requirements and local/international HSE regulations.
•    Promote safe and compliant dismantling and disposal activities.
•    Monitor project progress against contractual obligations and report any variances.
•    Provide updates on ongoing operations at the dismantling yards.
•    Act as the local interface between contractors and project stakeholders.
•    Conduct periodic assurance audits.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Proficient in both written and spoken English.
•    Extensive experience in onshore dismantling/decommissioning projects.
•    Strong knowledge of materials management.
•    Understanding of environmental compliance and waste management procedures.
•    Eligibility to work in Norway (residency or work VISA required).
