Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior SAS Engineer

Job responsibilities:

• Participate in EPCI modification contracts and in Front End Studies.
• Perform as Package Responsible Engineer (PRE).
• Act as a Group Lead.
• Prepare control system design e.g. ESD,PSD,PCS.
• Specify and prepare new and update existing layout.
• Being responsible for termination and loop design.
• Update register with new tag and documentation.
• Specify and prepare data sheets, documentation and vendor follow-up of instrument/automation packages.
• Prepare and evaluate SAS job card.
• Conduct onshore/offshore field survey.

Your qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as SAS engineer.
• Offshore certificate is required.
• Knowledge of SAP, Procosys, STID, MicroStation and Visio.
• Relevant experience from onshore or offshore projects within oil & gas or electrification.
• Suitable Bachelor’s degree or higher technical education.
• Professional interest in technological developments and improving work methods.
• Installation experience.
• Personal qualities: accurate, flexible and organized, service minded.
• Able to work both independently and in teams.
• Good knowledge of English and Norwegian (or other Scandinavian language), both orally and written.
• Able to take initiative, be flexible and to motivate others.

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
