Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior SAS Engineer 25804.

Job responsibilities:
–  Act as the discipline task lead, overseeing and managing assigned responsibilities.
–  Collaborate and interface effectively with other engineering disciplines.
–  Integrate process control and monitoring systems efficiently.
–  Coordinate the integration of fire & gas detection and protection/shutdown systems, including field devices and instrumentation.
–  Develop system documentation, philosophies, and specifications.
–  Engage in studies, concept developments, and execution tasks.
–  Prepare, maintain, and update engineering documents, drawings, and registers.
–  Conduct follow-ups with sub-suppliers to ensure project coherence.
–  Establish SAS (Safety and Automation Systems) work orders as required.
–  Ensure the accuracy and completion of as-built documentation and drawings.

Your experience and qualifications:
–  Experience and familiarity with relevant design rules, regulations, and standards.
–  Knowledge of Norwegian laws and NORSOK standards within the industry.
–  Demonstrated ability to execute tasks, take responsibility, and make informed decisions.
–  Strong collaborative skills, an outgoing and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to motivate and encourage others.
–  Possess a structured and disciplined approach to work.
–  Fluency in written and oral English.
–  Proficiency in TIME, Word, Excel, MicroStation, and PDF.
–  Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
–  Offshore certification is required for this position.

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
