Job responsibilities:
•    Facilitate the identification and handling of risks and criticalities, and follow up risk-reducing actions
•    Facilitate the handling of quality incidents, changes, nonconformities and deviations, and follow up actions until they are closed
•    Facilitate and take part in work process performance analysis, root cause analysis and quality incident investigations, and share lessons learned
•    Monitor QRM targets, KPIs and trends, and drive continuous improvement
•    Set up, coordinate and follow up quality assurance plans, in line with internal audit and other business units
•    Represent QRM in contracting and supplier follow-up
•    Plan and carry out quality and risk campaigns

Operations
•    Give hands-on support to the assets, with a strong focus on following up deviations and actions and closing them on time
 
Projects
•    Be part of the project leadership team and make sure the project is planned and run in line with the company management system and project development model
•    Lead quality and risk governance within a project, working closely with project control, suppliers, and partners
•    Cooperate extensively with the extended QRM network

Your experience and qualifications:
•    A relevant engineering or science degree at bachelor's or master's level
•    Minimum 10 Years Experience
•    Experience in quality and/or risk management in the oil and gas or energy industry
•    Knowledge of relevant standards, e.g. ISO 9001 and ISO 31000
•    Fluent English, written and spoken; Norwegian is an advantage
 
Personal qualities
•    Structured and solution-oriented, with the ability to see the bigger picture
•    Good communication skills, and able to influence and motivate others
•    Works independently and takes ownership
