Job responsibilities:

• Prepare strategy and inquiry for procurement packages in close collaboration with engineering, plan & cost
• Commercial evaluation of bids, including identification of possibilities and risks
• Preside over supplier negotiations, clarifications, and meetings
• Issue purchasing documents and follow-up strategy
• Secure on time delivery, and delivery according to cost, time, and quality
• Handling of deviations, risks and implement mitigating measures
• Secure that all work is conducted in according to Aibel standards, regulations, and procedures
• It should be considered at natural part of the role to secure continuous improvements, both internally and externally, to reduce risks, costs and to facilitate improvements and interactions

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor
• Master 
• More than 5 years' experience from relevant procurement positions
• Knowledge of the energy business
• Experience from working with contract and frame agreement
• Commercial awareness
• Structured, efficient, and able to handle several cases in parallel
• Professional, independent, and precise
• Good oral communication skills, both in Norwegian and English
• Positive personality with good cooperation skills and a high ability to interact with colleagues
• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Open to change

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
