Job responsibilities:

•    Design cutting-edge hardware cabinets
•    Recommend innovative hardware designs
•    Plan and execute engineering activities
•    Test and install hardware, both onshore and offshore
•    Follow industry-standard processes and procedures

 
Your Qualifications:

•    Master’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant areas
•    Certificate of apprenticeship in electro/automation (advantageous)
•    Experience with control systems 
•    Experience with ABB Advant, Safeguard, and 800xA hardware. Familiarity with hardware solutions like Siemens, Emerson, or Kongsberg is also highly relevant.
•    Good knowledge of current standards within oil & gas (UK, Norway, or Denmark)
•    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
•    Commercial awareness
•    English fluent, oral, and written, Norwegian is an advantage
•    Willingness to travel for assignments with Norwegian and international clients
