We are now looking for a Senior Project Engineer in Automation to join our client’s office in Fornebu. 
In this role, you will work as part of a team to deliver excellent technical solutions to our clients.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated colleague to join their Fornebu team. 
You will be part of a highly skilled and professional environment, working on automation and electrical systems in a project-based setting. 
This position offers an excellent opportunity to challenge yourself in process control while collaborating closely with clients across various industry segments.

Job responsibilities:

•    Lead and participate in cross-disciplinary project teams
•    Plan, design, program, test, and commission projects
•    Provide service and support to existing clients and installed systems
•    Program 800xA controllers and HMIs
•    Collaborate with and provide input to sales teams

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Relevant education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and/or vocational certificate in automation or a related field
•    Experience in PLC/DCS programming is an advantage
•    Familiarity with communication between HMI systems and PLCs using networks, mobile solutions, radio, and serial lines (e.g., OPC, Profibus, Modbus, Comli)
•    Ability to find simple and practical solutions to complex problems
•    Fluency in Norwegian (preferable) and English, both written and spoken
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience
