Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior Project Completion Engineer – Shift Lead EIT – PWP –  27721

The joint development project, located in the southern part of the North Sea, comprises a new centrally located production and wellhead platform (PWP) bridge-linked to the Valhall central complex with 24 well slots, and an unmanned installation (UI) with 8 slots at Fenris (formerly King Lear) subsea tied back 50km to the PWP.

Job responsibilities:

•    Be the Construction Manager / line manager's deputy in shift work for follow-up of Construction activities.
•    Supervision and support to follow-up personnel
•    Responsible for evening / night shifts
•    Be a role model and driving force in HSSE, quality and productivity work
•    Follow up decisions / priorities in daily coordination
•    Make decisions based on multidisciplinary thinking in accordance with project implementation model – PEM
•    Support discipline lead and FIL`s in daily coordination
•    Support the discipline leader with planning the work
•    Participate construction meetings and daily coordination meetings
•    Participate in coordination meetings with Construction manager
•    Ensure good overlap regards shifts / rotations and between shift leaders

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Vocational education with trade certificate, minimum 5 years’ experience from related industry
•    Alternative 10 years’ experience from petroleum related industry
•    Material technology knowledge and understanding within own skilled trade / responsibility
•    Knowledge and understanding of MC completion
•    Good understanding of oral and written English
