General Description of the Role:
The role is responsible for the configuration and ongoing support of workflows across all PES programs. It includes the setup and administration of position types and roles, ensuring alignment with governing documentation and operational requirements. The role also supports PES users through training, documentation, and participation in user forums to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Job responsibilities:

•    Configure and maintain workflows for all PES programs in accordance with internal standards and governance.
•    Administer and update position types and roles, ensuring consistency and accuracy across PES systems.
•    Provide day-to-day support for PES users, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training.
•    Participate actively in PES user forums to gather feedback, share best practices, and identify improvement opportunities.
•    Collaborate with Systems & Processes and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment across platforms.
•    Prepare and maintain user manuals, quick guides, and training materials for PES systems.
•    Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify and escalate issues or enhancement needs.
•    Support onboarding of new users and ensure timely access provisioning aligned with role definitions.
•    Liaise with IT and system vendors as needed to resolve technical issues and implement updates.
•    Contribute to reporting and documentation efforts related to PES configuration and support activities.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Technical degree 
•    Experience within PES programs and documentation
