Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior Planner

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a Project Masterplan
• Develop a man-hour follow up system monitoring actual versus planned man-hours, including S-curve.
• Establish an accounting plan adapted to the projects contract and procurement plan.
• Monitor the project’s progress to ensure that it is progressing according to schedule and budget, while identifying possible problems that may occur in the future
• Prepare reports for management about status of the project.
• Implement cost controlling system ProCost for the project.
• Co-ordinate internal and suppliers/contractors plans for management, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction included MC complete.
• Develop and issue an Invoice Procedure, adapted to the project.
• Check all invoices and ensure correct approval of before payment.
• Update the project cost- and schedule status on regular basis.
• Develop, maintain and issue Monthly Status Report on monthly basis for Project Managers approval.
• Verify sub-supplier’s planning systems and progress reporting.
• Establish and implement other required procedures and instructions regarding project administrative routines.

Your qualifications:

• Experience from land-based industry.
• Language requirements: Norwegian and English

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
