Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior Piping and Layout designer 26238.

Job responsibilities:
– Perform Piping work in Pre-Engineering, Detail Engineering and As-Built phase.
– Contribute to completion of Piping Work packages
– Produce Isometrics and other Disc. documents.

Your experience and qualifications:
Required Education:
– Relevant Bachelor- eller Mastergrad
 
Required Work Experience:
– Min 5 years of experience, preferably within offshore modification work in Norway
– Piping Design & Layout
– Experience from Offshore installations
– Offshore survey
– Preparation of work packages
– Proficient in the use of AVEVA based software (E3D)
– Familiar with 2D Microstation
– Knowledge of Ptil requirements and NORSOK standards
 
Required Qualifications: 
 Good communication
– Excellent Norwegian and English writing and speaking skills desirable
– High degree of self learning skills is desirable
 
Required Certificates: 
– Preferable offshore certificate.
