Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Rotating Equipment  26815

Job responsibilities:

•    Specification of equipment.
•    Concept evaluation
•    Preparation of documents for inquiries and purchases.
•    Package responsibility; follow-up of suppliers for various equipment such as compressors and pumps
•    Preparation of documentation: Mechanical Equipment list, data sheets etc.
•    Other tasks will be to follow up and manage work carried out by our office in India.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical engineering.
•    Deep knowledge about compressors. 
•    Minimum 10-20 years of relevant experience from engineering (preferably from hydrogen plants, but carbon capture, LNG and/or oil and gas or other process industry is also relevant)
•    Good knowledge of relevant regulations for onshore plants.
•    It is required that the candidate has good collaboration and leadership skills, and excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken. Norwegian is added advantage.
