The Maintenance Management discipline is organized under Asset Integrity Management (AIM), in the Project & Engineering department. They deliver maintenance management services to our customers trough projects and operational support. In addition to our skilled engineers in Bergen, we work closely with engineers from the Manila office.

Job responsibilities:

•    Establish and update maintenance programs in internal and external projects.
•    Facilitate and perform maintenance analyses such as; consequence classification, FMECA, RCM and FTA.
•    Develop maintenance routines and establish maintenance programs.
•    Develop performance standards and barrier management.
•    Assess and process change requests to optimize established maintenance programs.
•    Participate/lead interdisciplinary projects for the development and optimization of maintenance strategies.
•    Ensure that appropriate processes are implemented in accordance with internal requirements. As well as the requirements given by authorities and our customers
•    Participate in the development and control of reports, documents and drawings.
•    Perform inspections and verifications offshore and onshore.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Technical, Bachelor or Master degree within engineering (or equivalent)
•    +5 years’ experience
•    Experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
•    Experience with development and maintenance of maintenance management systems.
•    Experience with mobile offshore drilling units and fixed platforms.
•    Ability to read and understand technical documentation, drawings and forms.
•    Good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
•    Good knowledge of Excel and preferably experience using database tools.
•    Knowledge to IFS and/ or Maximo in an advantage
•    Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
