Description about project/department:     
Automation Networks & Electrical power systems (ANE) is part of Facilities Engineering (FE) in Projects Drilling and Procurement (PDP). We support a broad range of projects within Oil & Gas, electrification and Low Carbon Solutions, from early phase to completion. We are located in Stavanger, Oslo, Bergen, Stjørdal and Kårstø and our expert services are readily available to provide support to project portfolio. 

For this position we are searching for a Senior electrical engineer who can take the position as Lead Electrical Engineer in one or several of our projects. You will be allocated to one of our projects, however final decision regarding project and work task will be subject to candidate competence profile and work experience. 

Job responsibilities:

•    Follow up and guide contractors and suppliers.
•    Establish power distribution and transmission systems.
•    Prepare technical requirements and tender documentation
•    Follow up fabrication, testing and installation.
•    Prepare technical requirements and tender documentation
•    Follow up fabrication, testing and installation. 
•    Follow up electrical packages. 
•    Follow up modifications of control and protection systems. 
•    Lead discipline resources. 
•    Ensure close dialogue with operation. 

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Master/Bachelor of Science within electrical power engineering (Elkraftteknikk). 
•    Minimum 7-10 years’ relevant experience. 
•    Good communication skills in both English and Norwegian written and oral
•    Project experience from electrical lead position. 
•    Project experience from electrical package follow up and area design 
•    Multi-discipline understanding. 
•    Good knowledge of rules/regulations, standards and preferably company’s technical requirements 
•    Ability to work in a team. 
•    High ethical standards and adherence to company's ethical requirements 
•    Ability to handle high workload. 
•    Travels must be foreseen.
