About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Senior Instrument Engineer for an assignment in Stavanger. In this role, you will be responsible for following up on instrumentation procurement packages and coordinating with suppliers. You will also provide engineering support, ensure quality control, and contribute to installation job packages.

Responsibilities:
🔹 Follow up on instrument procurement packages and supplier coordination, including document and drawing review
🔹 Provide engineering input for installation packages and projects
🔹 Perform as-built updates for supplier drawings and offshore red-line markups
🔹 Report key issues to the Discipline Lead and Engineering Manager
🔹 Ensure quality and compliance with HSSE requirements in projects
🔹 Identify and contribute to change management processes
🔹 Conduct offshore surveys, covering general field instrumentation, system engineering, automation and control, layout design, cable dimensioning, valves, material take-offs (MTOs), requisitions, and installation job cards.

Qualifications
✅ MSc, BSc, Technical College, or other relevant education/experience
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in Norway
✅ Strong knowledge of offshore EIT installations and requirements, including NORSOK standards
✅ Experience in tubing manifold engineering, design engineering, and control systems
✅ Proficiency in as-built updates for tags and drawings
✅ Strong communication skills in Norwegian (preferred) and English
✅ Team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and excellent collaboration skills.
