Job description:

• Front End Studies – Responsible for Instrument scope – valves.
• Ensure detail level for study class for discipline deliverables – technical solutions in line with client and authority requirements.
• Cooperation with other disciplines, with Client and vendors to ensure all aspects are covered.
• Prepare technical philosophy documents, sketches, drawings, indexes.
• Prepare Material list (MTO) with input for weight and cost
• Prepare input to register for Risk and opportunity and reports
• Prepare Input to Main Equipment List (MEL) with dimensions, weight, cost.

Qualifications:

You have Msc, Bsc or Technical College within instrument engineering (We will also evaluate other relevant education and relevant experience and good experience and proven records of previous delivery on studies and projects may substitute the academic qualification – background in instrument engineering is a must)

You have experience with NORSOK

You have experience from studies within oil and gas projects

You have extensive knowledge and experience within the instrument discipline in general and valves in particular.

You have extensive knowledge of PSV's, actuated on/off valves (Inclusive ESD and PSD) and control valves.

Good communicative skills English and preferable Norwegian (or willing to attend classes for Norwegian)

You are available for work in Norway / Stavanger or willing to relocate.
