Job description:

• Main tasks description ‘Discipline engineer – Telecom’. (PEM role (Project engineering Manager) – Telecom)
• Within Telecom discipline: Preform all needed activities related to global design phase as discipline engineer
• As discipline Engineer: Create work package within Telecom
• Follow-on and As-built activities
• Within Telecom act as deputy Discipline Lead when needed
• Network design, including fiber optic and network cabling.

Qualifications:

• You have degree: MSc, BSc, Technical College, (or other relevant education together with relevant experience)
• Minimum 2 year experienced engineer – Norwegian projects
• You have relevant experience and broad knowledge of deliverables within Telecommunications for the Norwegian Continental Shelf
• You are familiar with Equinor's technical requirements in addition to NORSOK standards.
• You have Network design skills, including fiber optic and network cabling.
• Experience from Installation
• Experience with Telecom systems – offshore / oil & gas
• Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English

• You are accurate and organized, service minded, ability to work independently, teamworking skills.
• You understand and can follow activity schedules
• Being able to take initiative, be flexible and motivate others.

Available for work in Norway – Valid work permit – willing to relocate.
