Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior Engineer Safety

Job responsibilities:

• Lead safety efforts for the Brownfield part of B-study.
• Contribute to the overall scope of projects.
• Develop functional design solutions and safety systems, adhering to regulations and design standards.
• Conduct system design and technical safety assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, both internally and with clients.
• Take part in risk, safety, and design reviews.
• Oversee design specifications, detail engineering, reporting, and other safety-related engineering activities.

Your qualifications:

• Broad experience in Safety Engineering, EPCI projects, NCS, and Front End studies.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant Norwegian regulations and design standards, such as NORSOK.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Solid command of Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Capable of managing other contributors while also performing individual work.
• Experience with Equinor projects is an advantage.

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
