Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior Engineer Instrument SAS 25943.

Job responsibilities:
–  Develop Instrument/SAS scope in Johan Sverdrup Phase 3 C-study Ensure discipline deliverables to the right detail level for C-study, with feasible technical solutions ans cost estimate in line with client and authority requirement
–  Cooperate with other disciplines, Client and vendors to ensure all aspects are covered.
–  Prepare technical philosophy documents, sketches, drawings, indexes as required in TR1244
–  Prepare Material list (MTO) with weight and cost input Prepare input to Risk and opportunity register
–  Prepare Input to Main Equipment List (MEL) with dimensions, weight, cost
–  Prepare Input to Report
–  Good written English is mandatory.

Your experience and qualifications:
–  Bachelors degree in instrument engineering. Alternatively, Good experience and proven record of previous delivery on studies and projects may substitute the academic qualification, but candidate shall have instrument engineering education background.
–  Good knowledge and experience with all aspect of a SAS system (ESD, PSD, PCS, PDSC, F&G, HMI, IMS, Network etc)
–  Must be able to produce SAS design input and communicate with SAS vendor to obtain capacity check, required modifications/extensions/upgrades, technical solutions, and cost budget
–  Good communication skills; oral and written English performance are vital. Norwegian is highly preferred.
–  SoftWare Skills Description: Microsoft Office;Visio
–  Other Information: Johan Sverdrup, Phase 3 C-study
–  Candidate shall have knowledge and experience of brownfield modifications in North Sea.

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
