Job responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled automation engineer to work in a large EPC consisting of new modules and brownfield adaptation on an onshore installation. The right candidate will have the opportunity to develop his/her skills within automation engineering in a large international working environment:

•    Develop procedure for SAS design change management.
•    Check and verification of SAS design changes.
•    Follow-up of SAS supplier’s implementation of design changes.
•    Develop procedure for implementation of modifications to existing control systems.
•    Coordination of relevant parties wrt quality and schedule.
•    Follow-up of SAS supplier wrt implementation of modification scope.
•    Perform automation system design, including documentation through System Control Diagrams, SW/HW reports and Functional specifications.

Required Education:

•    Education Bachelor or Master’s degree
•    Ex course
•    FSE course

Your qualifications:

•    Minimum 8 years experience from automation engineering in greenfield projects located on Norwegian.
•    Continental Shelf.
•    Minimum 4 years experience working with SAS system design in oil & gas EPC projects.
•    Additional experience from modification projects is an advantage.
•    Experience and deep knowledge of automation design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, ISO and IEC
•    Experience and good knowledge of relevant tools, philosophies, standards and guidelines used by Equinor.
•    (Typically ProCoSys, STID, TR3031, TR3034, TR2258, TR1658 etc.)
•    Efficient communicator, who communicates well in English – Both orally and in writing.
•    A natural team player, but possess the ability to work independently.
•    Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements.
•    You are proactive, you have a willingness to learn, you seek advice and share own experiences with others.

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
