Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior Document Controller 27081.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Document Control.
• Organize, store, handle, monitor, and report on project documents and technical data.
• Oversee Document Management processes within the project.
• Monitor workflows in the document management system.
• Ensure compliance with client LCI/DFO specifications and information requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Higher education is preferred but can be substituted with relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in ProArc is an advantage.
• Adaptable to new tools and work methods as needed.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Motivates others and is flexible and open to change.
• Capable of adjusting work processes and challenging existing workflows when necessary.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Availability to work in Norway.
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, and a team-oriented mindset.
