Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior Discipline Task Responsible Engineer

Job responsibilities:

•    Take responsibility for Instrument (automation) Concept studies for offshore facility electrification (power from shore).
•    Develop an automation philosophy to the required study level.
•    Conduct layout evaluations for Instruments and establish installation and integration philosophies for instruments.
•    Evaluate suitable instruments/equipment for the concept.
•    Estimate scope and material, providing input to MTO and Master Equipment List.
•    Actively participate in design and safety reviews.
•    Provide valuable input to study reports.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Bachelor of Science or Master of Science.
•    Fluent in English, both written and oral.
•    Experience and knowledge of relevant design rules, regulations, and standards.
•    Familiarity with NORSOK and relevant standards/regulations for the NCS.
•    Demonstrated ability to execute, take responsibility, and make informed decisions.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•    Effective communication and proactive approach.
•    Capacity to mentor younger engineers.
