Job Responsibilities:

• Lead architect tasks for Ringhorne & Balder projects, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and project requirements.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of project plans, providing valuable input to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and track progress against established plans, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues that may arise.
• Estimate architect jobs accurately, considering project scope, resources, and timelines to facilitate effective project planning and management.
• Utilize E3D modeling software to create detailed architectural models, incorporating design specifications and client preferences.
• Oversee subcontractors involved in architectural aspects of the projects, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with project requirements.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Document Control and LCI coordination within the Oil and Gas industry, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in offshore design principles, with a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and best practices.
• Skilled in modeling architect equipment using E3D software, enhancing visualization and design accuracy.
• Thorough knowledge of current regulations governing architectural design, ensuring projects meet legal and safety requirements.
• Possess a valid offshore certificate from completing an Offshore Course, indicating readiness for offshore assignments in Norway.
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within multicultural teams.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships and contributing positively to project success.
