Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Safety Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) 25701.

Work as a Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) and System Responsible Engineer (SRE) for AFP and misc. safety equipment and with the following tasks:

Technical responsible for the following Safety procurement packages:
–  Deck Integrated Fire Fighting System (DIFFS) 
–  Inergen fire suppression system
–  Misc safety equipment.
–  Responsible for ensuring that the work is performed according to relevant instructions / procedures and in accordance with the contract
–  Responsible to follow project schedules
–  Preferred knowledge of commissioning of system.

Your experience and qualifications:
Required Education:
–  Master / Bachelor degree. Preferred within mechanical/safety engineering 

Required Work Experience:
–  Min. 5 years working experience with the work tasks listed above in offshore Detail engineering projects 
–  Detail knowledge of international regulation and DNV standards

Required Qualifications:  
–  Ability to work independently and thorough as well as ability to work in team
–  Multidiscipline understanding
–  Good communication skills
–  Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
–  Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
–  Communicate well in English – both oral and in writing

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
