Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Safety Package Responsible Engineer (PRE).

Work as a Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) for AFP and misc. safety equipment with the following tasks:

Technical responsible for the following Safety procurement packages:

– Deluge skid – Water mist – Hydrants and hoses

– Portable equipment

– Safety showers, first aid kits etc.

– Prepare and issue technical requisition and datasheet for IDC, Inquiry and PO

– Perform technical evaluation of the received bids

– Prepare and perform bid clarification meetings (BCM) and kick off meetings

– Responsible for ensuring that the work is performed according to relevant instructions / procedures and in accordance with the contract

– Responsible to follow project schedules

Your experience and qualifications:

Required Education:

– Bachelor

Required Work Experience:

– Min. 5 years working experience with the work tasks listed above in Greenfield or

– Brownfield offshore Detail engineering projects

– Working experience from Norwegian Sector

– Detail knowledge of Equinor requirements (TR2237) is preferrable

Required Qualifications:

– Ability to work independently and thorough as well as ability to work in team

– Multidiscipline understanding

– Good communication skills

– Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements

– Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others

– Communicate well in English – both oral and in writing.

 To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
