Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Safety & Environment Engineer – Noise

Job responsibilities:

•    Plan and conduct as-built noise measurements, including relevant reporting.
•    Collaborate and communicate effectively with other project team members, subcontractors/vendors, and client personnel, as necessary.
•    Perform other tasks as required.
 

Your experience and qualifications:

•    5+ years of relevant experience.
•    In-depth knowledge of relevant Norwegian regulations, including NORSOK S-002, and other applicable standards.
•    Proficiency with CADNA R or similar software for noise calculation/prediction.
•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science or engineering-related field.
•    Fluent in both written and spoken Norwegian and English.
•    Offshore certification is mandatory for this position.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-specialist clients and colleagues.
•    Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
