Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Resource Coordinator

Job responsibilities:

•    Resource planning and coordination – both external and internal resources
•    Hiring of resources through our agencies – mainly in the blue-collar sector
•    Close cooperation with base management and project organization in matters of resource needs.
•    Ensure that project resources are mobilized and demobilized in accordance with internal procedures and project plan with a combined focus on quality, time and cost.
•    Advise management and project organization regarding hire of contractors and resource planning
•    Cooperate and advise with our personnel suppliers in matters of resource needs.
•    Follow-up of competence requirements

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Bachelor or equivalent. Relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education
•    2-4 years' relevant experience from project driven organization
•    Experience with relevant systems within resource management and manpower booking.
•    Good knowledge of applicable collective bargaining agreements, laws and working time agreements. 
•    Systematic, accurate and able to work independent
•    High constancy to meet deadlines and quality requirements
•    Good IT understanding. Experience with relevant systems and Microsoft Office 365, OCS, IFS
•    Good communication skills in English and Norwegian both orally and in writing
