Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Quality Coordinator 25581.

Job responsibilities:
–  Quality Coordinator – for Procurement and Engineering for Procurement) EfP.
–  Quality support in Procurement and Engineering for Procurement.
–  Coordinate the Munin Package follow-up plan.
–  Ensuring notification to correct participants.
–  Call for meetings.
–  Coordinate i.e. Pre-Inspection Meeting with Supplier and Client, Inspection Test Plan (ITP) follow-up.
–  Office365.
–  Provide administrative support to project members.
–  Tasks may expand, it depends on the persons qualifications and attitude.

Your experience and qualifications:

Required Education:
–  Upper secondary school or equivalent (long work experience from similar employment may compensate for lacking education).
 
Required Work Experience: 
–  3-5 years’ experience from similar type of work.
–  Preferably experience with working in large projects and multi-lingual companies.
–  Office365, especially Teams, Sharepoint and Word.
–  Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
–  Advantage with experience from a correspondence handling system (ProArc or equivalent).
 
Required Qualifications:
–  Structured, accurate and systematic.
–  Proactive.
–  Good knowledge of Office365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word).
–  Must master Norwegian and English well.
–  Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
–  Positive, service-minded, and flexible.
 
Required Certificates
–  Upper secondary school certificate.

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
