Project planner-Offshore Wind/Renewables/Project Control & Planning specialists. The Project control discipline is a competence and resource unit with responsibilities within project control management, planning and progress, cost control, project accounting, and project control of contracts.  

Job responsibilities:

•    The Planner shall provide planning support and time management deliveries to ensure decision basis, consistent control and reporting in accordance with governing documents, best practice, project planning assumptions and any dispensations. 
•    The Planner shall be proactive in schedule analysis, providing management with schedule consequences related to delays, productivity, changes etc. and propose mitigating and corrective actions to ensure a timely project development. 
•    Perform benchmarking and use of experience figures as required. 
•    Establish and maintain all schedules in cooperation with all disciplines. 
•    Ensure focus on schedule interfaces and perform schedule risk analysis (SRA) (SAFRAN RISK) or schedule risk assessments when required. 
•    Secure relevant input from project control for Contract Appendixes C, D and G for ITT’s in line with the project control requirements. 
•    Participate in evaluation of contracts.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    5-10 Years experience from planning task, early phase and execution  
•    Commercial mind-set, proactive, analytical and solution oriented, self-driven  
•    Organized, structured, hands-on, collaborative, communication skills     
•    SAFRAN PROJECT, SAFRAN RISK
•    Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
