Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Project Manager (PM) 28063.

The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of one or more projects on behalf of the owner. This role ensures that projects are delivered in accordance with the organization’s standards for health, safety, quality, time, and cost. The Project Manager coordinates internal and external stakeholders and acts as the central point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Depending on the complexity and size of the project, the PM may lead entire projects or manage sub-projects within larger, complex programs. This role is a key step in the professional development path toward becoming a Project Director.

Job responsibilities:
•    Plan, manage, and deliver projects in accordance with PRINCE2 methodology and internal project governance processes.
•    Ensure compliance with all requirements related to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality), cost control, and schedule.
•    Coordinate and align internal resources and external suppliers, consultants, and contractors.
•    Actively manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
•    Ensure that sustainability and innovation goals are integrated into project execution.
•    Report on project progress, budget, and risks to the Project Director or Steering Committee.
•    Facilitate collaboration across disciplines in a matrix organization.
•    Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the project portfolio.

Your experience and qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
•    Certification in PRINCE2 or equivalent project management methodology.
•    Experience with green building standards and sustainable construction practices is an advantage.
•    Fluency in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a plus.

Candidate Profile:
•    Experience in managing construction or infrastructure projects, preferably within data centers, office buildings, or complex technical environments.
•    Strong understanding of the client (byggherre) role in turnkey and total contract models.
•    Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain effective communication across all levels.
•    Motivated by delivering high-quality results and contributing to sustainable and future-ready operations.
