Job responsibilities:

•    Manage concept evaluation, selection, definition and project execution for assigned development projects/sub-projects of moderate complexity, within Subsea facilities 
•    Lead project teams including contractors, monitor progress, and take corrective actions
•    To manage the associated project follow-up, assuring quality, consistency and timely execution of the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases according to approved budget and schedule
•    Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders and manage stakeholder actions
•    Ensure adherence to industry regulations and obtain necessary approvals

Your experience and qualifications:

•    MSc or BSc in Engineering or a technical certificate in Construction Management 
•    10-15 years of relevant experience
•    Experience from Subsea facilities (SPS and SURF) early phase projects and/or execution projects
•    Experience of managing facilities team in early phase and/or execution with close collaboration with drilling, subsurface and other E&P functions
•    Experience with Subsea Field architecture/system design within a contractor environment
•    Experience with managing Subsea execution contracts
•    Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English
