We are seeking enthusiastic engineers to join our clients automation department in Bergen as Project Engineers. In this role, you will contribute to planning and executing engineering activities such as HW/SW design, programming, on-site implementation, testing, and commissioning of ABB's control systems.
Our clients automation department is experiencing a growing project volume, primarily involving modification projects and control system upgrades in the oil and gas sector, both onshore and offshore. 
We focus on modernizing and optimizing our installed base to ensure stability and efficiency using state-of-the-art technology and long-lasting solutions.
The technologies we work with typically include 800xA, Advant, Safeguard, Harmony/Symphony+, and Melody.

Responsibilities:
•    Plan and execute engineering activities such as HW/SW design, implementation, testing, and commissioning (onshore and offshore) for ABB's control systems.
•    Set up and configure control systems.
•    Program ABB controllers and HMIs.
•    Travel as required for project needs.

Qualifications:
•    B.Sc./M.Sc. in a relevant field (automation, cybernetics, IT, process control, or similar).
•    Strong programming and computer skills.
•    Experience with control systems is an advantage.
•    Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Proficiency in Norwegian is a plus.
