We are looking for a Project Engineer (PE) to support our infill wells (IOR) project portfolio, reporting to the Project Manager for IOR. The role will also support projects on a portfolio level and other projects in early phase. The main purpose of the PE role will be to support the Project Manager with integration of the project in addition to providing general project management support. This is a role with potential for development towards project management.

Job responsibilities:

•    Prepare documents and presentations to support passing of Decision Gates (DGs)
•    Support management reviews, readiness reviews and other assurance activities
•    Prepare documents supporting stakeholder management, including TC/MC meetings
•    Coordinate input to Functional requirements, Codes and Standards and Basis of Design documents
•    Verify technical readiness for project milestones, including follow-up of key deliverables and progress
•    Coordination of Management of Change (MoC)
•    Coordinate input and support solving of Queries, Deviations and Non-Conformance Requests
•    Ensure transfer of approved Deviations to Synergi
•    Coordinate input to and maintain the Project Execution Plan
•    Interface management across delivery lines
•    Contribute to risk management and stakeholder management
•    Promote continuous improvement through the project, follow up implementation of digital tools and new technologies as required
•    Support, document and manage learning across the project team and towards other projects
•    Project and portfolio management support as required

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Minimum B.Sc. in engineering or equivalent
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience within E&P
•    Experience from multidiscipline EPCI projects will be valued
•    Fluent in English and/or Norwegian
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills
•    Structured, systematic and proactive
•    Team player with a One Team behavior, proactively seeking advice and sharing knowledge
•    Adherence to Company Values and Standards
•    Have the drive to deliver on an always improving mindset, including new working methods and digital tools
