Job responsibilities:

•    Monitor and manage third-party ISO contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to project standards across multiple disciplines.
•    Coordinate tasks across disciplines, focusing on seamless integration between engineering, installation/methods, and planning.
•    Oversee and manage tasks related to the ISO scope, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
•    Proactively identify, address, and act on potential risks and opportunities within the project, with a particular emphasis on engineering disciplines.
•    Ensure engineering activities are completed on schedule and meet project milestones and PEM stage gate requirements.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Hold a degree (MSc, BSc, or Technical College) or possess equivalent education and experience relevant to the role.
•    Demonstrated experience as a project engineer or in engineering execution.
•    Broad understanding and experience across multiple disciplines.
•    In-depth knowledge of the PEM process is essential.
•    Proficient in Microsoft software and tools, including TIME.
•    Eligible to work in Norway.
•    Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, with a team-oriented mindset.
