Job responsibilities:

• Ongoing communication with Contract and Change Manager and implement changes into forecasts.
• Ongoing communication with planner – especially in connection with monthly reports and baseline updates.
• Contribute to Risk management.
• Contribute to risk analyses.
• Responsible for Cash Calls and Billing to State.
• Invoice handling and allocation of costs to right CBS
• Regular Reconciliation SAP and ISY
• Monthly reports to Gassnova and reports on request to Gassnova and Heidelberg
• Analyse and follow up the economy and report to the project management.
• Give professional support and advises regarding cost control and monthly reports.
• Contribute to secure that the Project Management Team deliver in accordance with the project’s goals and premisses.
• Collect cost information from all WBS’s

Your experience and qualifications:

• Experienced with SAP AND Excel

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
